Quix Chat Account and Data Deletion Requests

Use this page to request deletion of your Quix Chat account and associated personal data.

Fastest Option: Delete in the App

If you can still access your account, use in-app deletion:

  1. Open Quix Chat.
  2. Go to Settings.
  3. Select Delete account.
  4. Confirm the deletion prompt by typing DELETE.

This is the fastest and most reliable method because it verifies account ownership from an authenticated session.

Can’t Access the App? Submit a Web Request

If you cannot sign in, you can still request deletion using the route below.

What Happens After a Valid Request

After verification, Quix Chat will process account deletion and associated data deletion/de-identification according to applicable law and our retention rules.
